MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

To join BVRMA, applicants are required to submit the following documents:

  • Copy of Company Business Identification Number (NIB)
  • Copy of Deed of Establishment approved by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham)
  • Copy of Company Director’s ID (KTP)
  • Copy of Company Tax Number (NPWP)
  • Letter of Business Address and Office Status
  • Passport-sized Photo (4×6) of the Company Director
  • Copy of Passport and KITAS (for PMA/foreign-owned companies)
  • Payment of the annual membership fee
